We invite you for 1-day bread baking class with Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, baker, teacher and authour of 3 books: How to Make Bread, Making Bread Together and How to Make Sourdough. The class will be a great treat for traditional bread lovers. Emmanuel will share with you his own recipe for wholemeal bread, white bread and ciabatta. He will tell you about his work as a baker for Gordon Ramsay. You will learn about the differences between various types of flours and the doughs you will be using. You will be taught different ways of the baking process: in a tin and on a baking tray and how to shape the loaf and individual ciabatta rolls. You will also get to know the most popular accessory used in bread baking and learn how to use them at home. Working independently you will prepare 3 different types of bread.

Our workshop will end with brunch which we will eat togheter. During the class we offer you free coffee, tea, water and aromatic herbal infusion.
